Return & Refund Policy for Saree Products

We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • A clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects.
  • Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may have minor irregularities, which are part of their natural charm and not defects.

3. Return Process

  • Include:
  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images or video
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Important Notes

  • Ensure the correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.
  • Any dispute must be reported within the specified timeframe; delayed claims may not be accepted.
