Return & Refund Policy for Saree Products
We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The request for return must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- A clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue may be required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance offers are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Slight color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences are not considered defects.
- Handwoven or handcrafted sarees may have minor irregularities, which are part of their natural charm and not defects.
3. Return Process

- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Supporting images or video
- Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the case.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
- Only one exchange per order is allowed.
6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only if they have not been shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Important Notes
- Ensure the correct shipping address and contact details are provided at checkout.
- Any dispute must be reported within the specified timeframe; delayed claims may not be accepted.
